Best corn now available

The best corn of the season is now arriving at the local supermarkets!. They are locally grown and are so fresh and sweet!. Had some steamed last night and they were perfection. The other way to prepare them is to roast them on the grill after soaking them in water for about 20 minutes. I can't decide which way is better.
